Entry in a blog - Love-locks

Imagine you are Carolyn Barnabo. Write an entry in your blog
explaining how your views on love-locks have changed over the years.

Hi dear followers,
Thank you so much about reading my blog another time.
Well, today I’m going to talk about how my view on love-locks
has changed over the years, since I did it and I posted it here.
Firstly, I have to say that I invite you to read carefully and to
open your mind, because it’s a serious problem that is happening
and we aren’t aware of it’s its importance. Because of it, nowadays
I have given up this practice and I invite you to do it too. Here’s why:
At the beginning, it was cool and romantic, a thing that was a symbol
of my relationship´s strength. But, now I’m seeing that it’s very harmful
to our heritage because authorities are saying that love-locks are destroying
it, especially the breathtaking Paris bridges, but it has been happening in a
lot of countries around the world.
To sum up, that’s why we can’t allow this tragedy if we can do something
to change or reduce it.
That’s all for now. Think on it, please.
See you soon! Best wishes,

Carolyn Barnabo.

“Making Esperanto a common, international language is idealistic but impossible.”

“Making Esperanto a common, international language is idealistic but
impossible.” Write an article for your school magazine with arguments
for or against this statement.

All human beings' big experiments began with idealistic thoughts. If
nobody has thought out of the box, nowadays we wouldn’t had a lot
of gadgets or pleasures, like electricity, knowledges about a lot of matters, etc.
As I see it, nothing which is in our hands is impossible.

Obviously it is difficult, because it requires a lot of system and society
changes, in social and education spheres, for example. But it isn’t
impossible. First of all, it needs cooperation and a lot of work, and
like this Esperanto is allowed to be a new era of international language,
and a new chance to meet people, without the difficulties of understanding
themselves.

Therefore, it can be very beneficial to the world residents union, and to
expand the different cultures more than with the globalisation, in a most
human and nearby way.

Fortunately, the brains of someone don’t understand about impossible things.

In short, I strongly believe that Esperanto can be a common international
language if we all put of our help to do it. And then, schoolmates, we’ll be
able to say: welcome to a new era!

“Learning English my way”

What are, according to your own experience, the factors
that have helped you to learn a foreign language?
Write a personal narrative with the title “Learning English my way”
in which you give answer to this question.

I have been learning English since I was three years old and it
has always been a difficult language for me, because at
elementary school, and then at high school I didn’t work
a lot with my English, and it was easier.
It all began when I started “Batxillerat”, and it became very hard.
Firstly I was so frustrated, but then I enrolled in an academy, and
after a lot of work, I have improved my English. Because of this,
I’m proud of myself. But by the time there is still much to move
forward and make an effort.
I think that, as in the beginning, as while you are learning, practising
a lot is the most important and effective work to do to learn English.
Besides, the best way to learn English, in my case, is to do dynamic
and original activities, with which the pupils have fun while they are
learning a lot.
Furthermore, another thing that helps me a lot, and that as soon you
try, as soon you realize about the improvement  in listening and vocabulary,
is to see series and movies in English. Because while you are watching them
,your brain is concentrated to understand the plot. I am doing it now and it’s
 great!
To sum up, I think that, in the end, we need English competences a lot
for our social and laboUr lives. Finally, if you want to learn and make
progress in something, you need to enjoy the experience as much as

 you can.

Are love-locks romantic or a menace?

Are love-locks romantic or a menace?
Write a for and against essay about this practice.
Are we too idealistic? Do need we a myth where we can support
and a stupid thing which we can believe in Is it ridiculous, or is it
another feature that characterizes ourselves as humans beings?

On the one hand, love-locks are romantic because  they become
a symbol of a bond, a tied love that will never be broken.

But, on the other hand, do we really have destroy our heritage to
know that we can be with another person the rest of our lives?

Furthermore, probably we are so used to this selfish society and
we might not appreciate the real value of the things. Although,
everyone sometimes falls in love and, at the beginning, it ever is
like a dream.

In conclusion, I believe that we have to love with all our strength,
but besides we have to protect our culture and heritage. Because
we have so many chances to show our feelings to the person that
we love, without damaging anything or anybody.
